Oh December

First Thing:
Just when I think things are getting to hectic for me to manage, things start to shape up. This whole wedding photographer decision process has me apathetic. Why? Because I car so much and I want it to be perfect. But I hate making decisions and if I pretend not to care, maybe things will fix themselves and magically I'll have the best photographer (I can afford). But then a facebook cry out has saved the day with two great suggestions and things are starting to look promising once again. Two emails in the last two days from two wonderful women have also brightened my day. On top of that, two future grandparent-in-laws are coming to see me next week to take me out to dinner.
Second Thing:
Nate informed me today that in order for him to move up to a skill level of 7 (what this means is irrelevant) he must attend a two week training in Mississippi. Next summer. That means when he gets back from Iraq he has to leave again. Or. He has to leave after we get married. Upon first hearing this, I'll admit I laughed because a) of course after two months he needs to leave again and b) will I seriously have to say goodbye to him again so soon after we're married? Then I realized that two weeks is nothing in comparison. Two measly little weeks. I can handle that. Now I am laughing at myself for even thinking that it was something to be even remotely annoyed about.
I am sensing a theme in regards to two lately. Two can mean wonderful things and two can mean not so wonderful things, but who I am to complain? After all, things are starting to look up from here. And after this week there are two weeks left of fall semester and I'm already under the two hundred mark for the countdown to the wedding. Not to mention that today is day two of December.
Can life get any better? I submit that it cannot!

1. I absolutely love the theme of this blog.
2. I love you. I'm excited to hear your words on paper/on a screen, because I like things like this. Duh. But anyway. Yeah, I love you. Tres excited.
