Snow Days

First Thought:
Tuesday provided the opportunity for me to sit inside, watch movies, watch the snow fall, and finally go out and have an adventure in the snow which ended at Starbucks (with two of my wonderful roommates). Although the weather was dangerous to drive in, it was not dangerous to sit inside and watch the flakes collect and freeze on the windows. Tuesday also came with an email from another photographer option (I LOVE her work). The only thing that makes this complicated is that she takes forever to respond to my emails and she adds to the decision making process. And along the same lines of wedding business my best friend's wedding is next weekend! And so Tuesday night was filled with curlers, curling irons, bobby pins, and lots and lots of time as I played with Em's hair trying to figure out how to fix it just right for her to celebrate one of the most memorable days of her life. I know it seems likes this blog is scattered but my Tuesday was kind of scattered as well.
Second Thought:
This leads to the second day of snow that was filled with nothing less than laying around and finishing homework. And by finishing I mean starting a Spanish paper and I am no farther along on it now than I was last night. Well darn. I guess that means that tonight and tomorrow night will give the me opportunity to finish it. I'm not sure I have 7 pages worth of thoughts on a 2 page story. . . . good thing it's a literature class and it doesn't matter if it makes sense and that it's in Spanish (things usually seem to take up more space in Spanish than in English).
This blog fills no other purpose than to satisfy my desire to create two things concerning the two snow days I've been given by UNL. I'll close with one last thought: People are receiving our save the dates and it's very exciting!
