My second pair of kakhis

First Thing:
I wanted to be matchers.  So I bought two pairs of pants from NY & Co. at their buy one get one semi-annual sale.  My second pair of kakhis in my entire life.  I am totally serious.  And then a pair of dark gray ones. Perfect fit, perfect fit, perfect length.  And as it turns out, I get a military discount there.  Thank you and have a nice day, to me. That fact makes me very happy.

Second Thing:
I think that possibly, maybe, Nate and I will be going up for the NE/OSU game and meet up with some friends. I can't wait.  I feel seriously deprived of Husker football and it's about to get worse once we leave the Big 12.

Third Thing:
I am buying mason jars.  I want to drink our tea sweet with lemon and our striped straws out of them.  It will happen before the end of the week.  I am also going to paint a canvas for our living room.  However, I'm not sure how soon that will happen.


Fourth Thing:
We got a washer and dryer. FOR FREE!  I had to scrub them down a little.  However, they were free.  What I don't understand is how washers get that dirty.  Washers.  Don't they wash things?  They still wash and dry and for that I'm thankful.  So praise.
